This Return Policy and Delivery Conditions document explains how Mini & More delivers products and services, the timelines involved, your rights regarding cancellations and withdrawals, and the process for returns and refunds.
By purchasing products or services from Mini & More, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Delivery Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed, physical products will be delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of order confirmation.
Digital products, software subscriptions, and online services are typically activated within forty-eight (48) hours of successful payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and external logistics providers.
Order Confirmation
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation containing:
- Order details
- Purchased products or services
- Payment confirmation
- Estimated delivery or activation date
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Delivery Process
Physical products are delivered through approved logistics partners.
For software and digital services, access credentials and activation instructions will be delivered electronically through email or the customer account.
Customers should inspect delivered products and report any visible damage or delivery issues as soon as possible.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees, taxes, and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.
The total amount payable will be clearly presented before payment confirmation.
Delayed Delivery
If Mini & More is unable to deliver products or activate services within the expected timeframe, customers will be informed promptly and provided with an updated delivery estimate.
If delivery or activation cannot be completed within a reasonable period, the customer may request cancellation of the order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable laws.
Right of Withdrawal: Physical Products
Customers may withdraw from the purchase of eligible physical products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a designated recipient, receives physical possession of the product.
Right of Withdrawal: Services & Digital Products
Customers may withdraw from eligible service purchases within fourteen (14) days of concluding the contract, provided the service has not been fully performed or activated.
If the customer explicitly requests immediate activation or execution of a service, withdrawal rights may be limited as permitted by applicable law.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must submit a clear request through one of the available communication channels before the withdrawal period expires.
Requests should include sufficient information to identify the order and customer account.
Returning Products
Returned products must:
- Be returned within fourteen (14) days after notifying Mini & More of the withdrawal decision.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging where applicable.
- Be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to:
- A defective product
- Incorrect shipment
- Damage caused before delivery
Mini & More will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
After returned products are received and inspected, Mini & More will review the return request and notify the customer regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are generally processed within fourteen (14) days after:
- Receiving returned goods, or
- Receiving a valid withdrawal request for eligible services
Actual processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
Exceptions to Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal and return rights may not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Services already fully delivered or activated with customer consent
- Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or activated
- Products that deteriorate rapidly
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons after opening
- Sealed software, audio, or video products that have been unsealed
- Products mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
These exceptions apply to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
