Distance Selling Contract

Service Provider — Mini & More Software Technologies Marketing and Trading Limited Company.

Customer — Any individual or legal entity purchasing products or services through the Mini & More platform.

Distance Contract — Contracts established between parties without simultaneous physical presence through online communication systems.

Services — Software subscriptions, POS systems, online ordering solutions, digital restaurant management tools, support services, and other products offered by Mini & More.

This Contract is governed by:

• Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
• Distance Contracts Regulation
• Applicable consumer protection legislation

The Contract applies to all purchases completed electronically through Mini & More websites, applications, and online platforms.

Before completing an order, the Customer shall be provided with:

• Description of products or services
• Company identification information
• Pricing details
• Applicable taxes
• Subscription terms (where applicable)
• Payment methods
• Delivery or activation information
• Withdrawal rights
• Customer support information

The Customer acknowledges having reviewed this information before completing a purchase.

The Contract becomes effective when:

• The Customer completes the order process
• The Customer confirms the payment obligation
• The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order

Electronic records maintained by Mini & More shall constitute valid evidence of the transaction.

For digital products and software services:

• Access credentials may be delivered electronically
• Service activation may occur immediately after payment confirmation
• Subscription-based services become active according to the selected plan

Unless otherwise stated, services will be provided without undue delay.

Customers may have the right to withdraw from the Contract within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Mini & More through a clear written statement via email or other available communication channels.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in situations permitted by applicable law, including:

• Customized products or services
• Services fully performed with the Customer's consent before the withdrawal period ends
• Digital content delivered electronically after activation
• Products or services specifically prepared for the Customer

If a withdrawal request is valid:

• Refunds will be processed without undue delay
• Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use services lawfully
• Comply with applicable regulations
• Protect login credentials

The Customer remains responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

Mini & More agrees to:

• Provide purchased services
• Offer reasonable technical support
• Protect customer information according to applicable privacy laws
• Maintain service quality standards

Customer information shall be processed in accordance with the Mini & More Privacy Policy.

Mini & More:

• Protects customer information
• Uses data only for legitimate business purposes
• Does not sell customer personal information
• Applies reasonable security measures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mini & More shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant service.

Nothing in this Contract limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Mini & More may suspend or terminate services where:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• Security concerns arise

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent consumer authorities and courts in accordance with applicable law.

By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service offered by Mini & More, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Selling Contract.
